Website and services
These Terms govern use of the YLR Express website and its Contact, Quote, Sign-up, and support features. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation or misuse its content or services.
Quote and sign-up requests
A website Quote or Sign-up submission is a request for review and follow-up. It is not by itself a final shipping contract, confirmed booking, account approval, or guaranteed price. YLRE will confirm applicable service details, availability, pricing, and next steps separately.
Accurate information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, account, shipment, item, value, weight, dimension, destination, and service information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay review, pricing, processing, or delivery.
Shipments and documentation
Requested services may require invoices, declarations, permits, identification, or other documentation. Customers are responsible for meeting applicable shipment, customs, carrier, import, export, and regulatory requirements and for applicable duties, taxes, storage, handling, or other charges unless YLRE confirms otherwise in writing.
Availability and estimates
Services depend on shipment details, routes, carrier capacity, customs processing, documentation, weather, and other operational factors. Delivery and transit times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise and may change for reasons outside YLRE’s reasonable control.
Third-party services
YLRE may work with carriers, customs representatives, communications providers, and other service providers where reasonably necessary to respond to requests or deliver requested logistics services.
Communications
By submitting a request, you authorize YLRE to contact you about that request, account setup, quotes, service coordination, and related transactional updates using the contact details you provide.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website and support features available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
